Cardinal Health, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound operations on a Sunday-Thursday night shift. You will receive, scan with RF scanner, break down cases, and operate material handling equipment to ensure accurate, on-time shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in a fast-paced distribution environment, and being flexible for overtime on Fridays once a month. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Willingness to learn to operate MHE and rotate areas of the warehouse.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Fast-paced distribution environment with quotas.
• Microsoft Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas including inbound and outbound.
• Receive large boxes, scan with RF scanner, and input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Use voice-to-pick system to pick large items or small items and place on cart.
• Palletize items to skid and wrap for shipment.
• Pack small items in boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
