Job summary

Omilia seeks a Software Engineer (Conversational AI Application Developer), Mid, to design, implement and maintain high-quality conversational AI apps on the Omilia Cloud Platform (OCP). You will own parts of customer requirements, system design and delivery within your squad under a Team Lead or Solution Delivery Manager.

You will write clean Node.js code, integrate with RESTful services, manage NLU data, perform unit tests, and monitor user experiences across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Omilia Cloud Platform or similar CCaaS platforms.
• Strong JavaScript/Node.js and RESTful API experience.
• Familiarity with NLU concepts and conversational design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test conversational features and miniApps.
• Prepare and upload NLU training data and manage intents.
• Coordinate deployments and document changes across environments.
