Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in service management with expertise in service principles, processes, and project workflows.
• HVAC industry knowledge in commercial environments (pharma/Lab preferred).
• Strong customer service, complaint resolution, and budget management skills.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Office; able to read construction drawings.
• Results-driven with problem-solving, attention to detail, and decisive leadership.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to estimate, develop, and coordinate service opportunities and drive project execution.
• Lead, mentor, and support Service Technicians and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage service installation schedules and resolve overlaps to maximize resources.
• Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with Sales, PMs, and Technicians.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, and readiness of materials for service projects.
