Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service department with day-to-day operations and personnel.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning for the service group.
• Oversee service estimators, quoting, and sales pipeline management.
• Manage end-to-end service lifecycle from intake to closeout and billing.
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Support sales of maintenance agreements and repairs.
