Comfort Systems USA (Southeast), Inc. in Columbus, GA is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee the Columbus Service business, driving financial performance, margins, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead operations, develop strategies, and ensure service delivery aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive leadership in HVAC or related fields, strong P&L experience, and the ability to grow revenue while maintaining profitability.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in HVAC service or related fields.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, or operating expenses.
• Experience growing revenue while preserving profitability and gross margins.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.
• HVAC license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the P&L and financial performance of the service business.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Review financial statements, profitability reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage labor, material, fleet, equipment, and other departmental expenses to reach financial goals.
• Develop and maintain revenue and profitability forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service agreements, maintenance, repairs, and new customer development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor service profitability and implement strategies to improve margins and efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, manpower, and resources to maximize productivity.
• Ensure service work is properly estimated, completed, and invoiced.
• Lead, develop, coach, and hold personnel accountable for performance and safety.
• Retain a high-performing service team and develop future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on financial performance and growth opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
