Job summary

Pure Fishing is seeking a Field Account Manager to support retail and dealer accounts across the Mid-Atlantic. You will leverage saltwater fishing knowledge to help customers select and merch our products, visit dealers, and keep our brands visible in stores.

The role involves product education, demonstrations, and coordinating with customer service and internal teams. Regular regional travel, weekend events, and close collaboration with store managers will be key to building lasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in a sales or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends for events.
• Strong persuasive selling skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts – Serve as a regular point of contact for assigned customers, assisting with product questions, order needs, and follow-up.
• Build Relationships – Visit dealers and retail locations to develop strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and associates.
• Execute Sales Plans – Support sales goals by presenting products, communicating promotions, and following established account and territory plans.
• Strengthen In-Store Presence – Help maintain product displays, signage, and shelf placement consistent with brand and account guidelines.
• Share Product Knowledge – Provide product demonstrations and training to help store associates confidently assist customers.
• Monitor & Report – Track account activity, product availability, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Share observations with sales leadership.
• Coordinate Solutions – Work with customer service and internal teams to follow up on orders and account concerns.
• Represent Our Brands – Participate in dealer events, store promotions, and fishing or outdoor events throughout the territory.
