Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in facilities or construction preferred.
• Experience with contracting processes for building automation systems and turnkey projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and support regional performance.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting fulfillment processes for operational excellence and regional objectives.
• Maintain quality across post-order contracting, including new equipment, existing building services, and building automation.
• Oversee functions: order validation/entry, customer inquiries, engineering, service operations, warranties, and resource allocation.
• Direct project development engineering teams for technical alignment and delivery of energy services.
• Provide leadership in evaluation, design, and development of customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in preconstruction activities: reviews, scope, design, budgeting, risk.
