Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Gypsum Division seeks a Building Envelope Manager to specify and sell DensDeck and related products across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. You will defend and grow market share for commercial roof and wall products and collaborate with marketing, technical and sales teams to deliver solutions.

This role requires 3+ years of technical sales, strong presentations, travel up to 50%, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license and good driving record.
• Resident or willing to relocate to the mid-Atlantic area preferable, Virginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Defend and grow market share for industrial roofing and wall products.
• Launch innovative solutions to age-old problems in the commercial building space.
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, building owners, and system manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical and Sales teams; utilize Salesforce CRM.
• Provide sales forecasts considering trends, competition, and market conditions.
