Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Gypsum Division is seeking a Building Envelope Manager to specify and sell DensDeck in GA, NC & SC markets. The candidate will defend and grow market share for commercial glass mat roofing and wall products and help launch innovative solutions to age-old building challenges, working with architects, consultants, building owners, and system manufacturers to create value.

This role offers autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to use Salesforce for sales enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Resident or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and defend market share.
• Identify project opportunities via databases.
• Establish market presence via industry associations & local relationships.
• Collaborate as part of the sales process from product selection through installation.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM as a business collaboration and communication tool.
• Serve as a technical product resource for commercial value-added roof and wall products.
• Provide sales forecasts based on trends, competition and market conditions.
