Georgia-Pacific's Gypsum Division seeks a Building Envelope Manager to grow market share for DensDeck and related products across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with marketing, technical and sales teams to drive specification and installation decisions.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with architects and building owners, delivering technical presentations, and managing a territory with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license and good driving record.
• Resident or willing to relocate to the Mid-Atlantic area (VA/MD/PA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend market share for commercial roof and wall products.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and building owners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical and Sales teams.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for collaboration and communication.
• Provide sales forecasts considering trends and competition.
