Job summary

The Gypsum Division of Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Building Envelope Manager (BEM) to specify and sell DensDeck and related Dens products across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania markets. The role blends technical sales with strong relationship building among architects, consultants, and building owners.

You will work with Marketing, Technical and Sales teams on a national scale, with growth opportunities within GP and the Georgia-Pacific organization, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license and good driving record.
• Resident or willing to relocate to the mid-Atlantic area (Virginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania).

Responsibilities

• Defend and grow market share for commercial glass mat roofing and wall products.
• Identify project opportunities via databases and industry connections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical and Sales teams across GP's Gypsum Business.
• Provide sales forecasts considering trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions in the territory.
• Serve as a technical product resource for commercial value-added roof and wall products.
