Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Gypsum Division seeks a Building Envelope Manager to drive sales for DensDeck and related products in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes developing relationships with architects, owners, and specifiers, and collaborating with Marketing and Technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical sales, strong presentation skills, and a track record in building envelope materials. Travel up to 50% and relocation to the mid-Atlantic are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license and good driving record.
• Resident or willing to relocate to the mid-Atlantic area (VA/MD/PA).
• Industry credentials such as CDT, CCPR, RRO are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.com as a sales tool.

Responsibilities

• Defend and grow market share for commercial roofing and wall products.
• Identify project opportunities via databases.
• Establish market presence through associations and local relationships.
• Collaborate in the sales process from product selection through installation.
• Provide sales forecasts considering market trends and competition.
