Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of all-source experience (or 7+ years without a degree), is a U.S. citizen, and maintains TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph. This onsite role is based in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in all-source analysis.
• Experience with IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to produce complex written products and briefings for policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure and capabilities.
• Deliver comprehensive production, often under pressure, for senior stakeholders.
