Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to perform all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military industrial sectors.

The role requires delivering high-quality assessments and briefings, with the ability to craft deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders. Onsite work with TS/SCI considerations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
