Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis (or 7+ years in lieu of a degree). Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years of all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing foreign weapon systems and equipment across research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production.
• Deliver comprehensive analysis and briefings under pressure for government clients.
