Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to join our McLean, VA office and conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs for policymakers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of all-source analysis (or 7+ years without a degree), knowledge of IC/Combatant Commands, and the ability to produce high-quality briefings and written products under tight deadlines for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as an authority on the topic.
