Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years of all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as an authority on your topic.
