Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces across basic, strategic, and industrial sectors. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or 7+ years without a degree), TS/SCI eligibility with willingness to take a polygraph, and U.S.

citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive production and briefings under pressure as an authority on the topic.
