Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to perform all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military sector.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance willing to take a polygraph. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree, is required; travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments helpful.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products on foreign weapon systems and production in alignment with analytic tradecraft.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as an authority on your topics.
