Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver expert care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to implement life-saving interventions and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; ADN may be accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience is required.
• BLS is required; ACLS is preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the multidisciplinary team for life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during vulnerable moments.
