ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our MICU team at Christiana Hospital. This full-time night shift role offers rotations with day shifts, a robust benefits package, and opportunities to grow in a high-acuity environment.

You will provide expert care for critically ill patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families while utilizing advanced monitoring and treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
