Job summary

Advocate Health’s MICU at High Point Medical Center is a 20-bed unit delivering care to critically ill patients with a multidisciplinary team approach. The RN staff implement advanced airway management, renal replacement therapy, and hemodynamic monitoring as part of intensive care delivery.

We’re seeking experienced RNs who hold a state RN license and BLS certification, with 1+ year in critical care. Weekend/night shifts, full-time hours, and incentive pay are available under this program.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• More than 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, effective communication, and teamwork to create a safe patient environment and best experience.
