Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and coordinates shift communications.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and policies.
• Rounds on patients, staff, and physicians to assess care quality.
• Delegates care tasks per policy and ensures staffing adequacy.
