Job summary

Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center MICU in Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, 36-hour week in a 29-bed unit that cares for high-acuity patients. You will participate in the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence-based care, including coordination of complex therapies and bedside procedures.

The role requires completion of an approved nursing program, at least 6 months of RN experience (not for new grads), and an active RN license in the state, with BLS

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• At least 6 months RN experience; this position is not for new graduates.
• Current RN license in the state where you practice; BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead teamwork to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
