Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in Illinois (IL) required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Clinical Operations in MICU providing administrative and clinical leadership on all shifts.
• Plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources to provide high-quality patient care.
• Support ongoing educational and professional development of staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care.
