8x8 is seeking an entry-level Channel Sales Representative for the Microsoft Teams voice program. You will recruit and activate partners, manage full sales cycles, and drive recurring revenue across a territory with structured training and coaching.

Base salary ranges from $60k to $75k plus commissions, with potential total compensation shown in company range. Expect 50% travel once ramped and relocation to Silicon Valley as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; new college graduate or SDR/BDR ready to move into a full cycle, quota carrying role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate Microsoft ecosystem partners (CSP resellers, MSPs, VARs, agencies, distributors).
• Manage full partner sales cycle from first contact to first lit seat.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and forecast weekly.
• Partner with Microsoft field and partner teams to co-sell into accounts.
• Deliver partner training on pricing, ordering, and positioning.
