Job summary

8x8 is expanding its wholesale voice program for the Microsoft Teams channel in the US. This entry-level, full-cycle field role targets new graduates or SDR/BDR professionals with a passion to learn, offering a two-week training sprint and coaching while you build a territory of CSP resellers, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and distributors.

You will be measured on partners activated, Seats lit, and recurring revenue with uncapped commissions and accelerators. 50%+ travel is expected after ramp.

Qualifications

• Early career. New college graduate or an SDR/BDR ready to move into a full cycle, quota carrying role.
• Hungry, relentless, and coachable. You want to close the experience gap with effort, and you treat a flat week as a personal problem.
• Comfortable selling a new offer into a market that has not heard of it yet, once trained.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Silicon Valley. In office at least 4 days a week when not traveling.
• Willing to travel 50% or more in territory once ramped.

Responsibilities

• Partner Recruitment & Activation: Build and manage a territory plan of Microsoft ecosystem partners.
• Revenue Growth & Pipeline: Carry a quota for activated partners, seats, and recurring revenue.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Engagement: Work with Microsoft field and partner teams to source partners.
• Partner Enablement & Experience: Deliver partner training on pricing, ordering, and positioning.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Channel Ops, Order Management, and Billing to keep onboarding and invoicing clean.
