Job summary

8x8's wholesale voice program for the Microsoft Teams channel offers an entry-level, full-cycle sales role designed to train you to build a territory of Microsoft ecosystem partners. You will participate in a structured two-week training sprint and receive coaching as you recruit CSP resellers, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and distributors to become producing partners.

You will be measured on partners activated, seats lit, and recurring revenue, with uncapped commissions and accelerators.

Qualifications

New college graduate or an SDR/BDR ready to move into a full cycle, quota carrying role.
Hungry, relentless, and coachable with a proactive work ethic.
Comfortable selling a new offer into an emerging market after training.
Disciplined operator: keeps a clean CRM and honest forecast with tight follow-up.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage a partner CEO early.

Responsibilities

Build and implement a territory plan of Microsoft ecosystem partners.
Prospect relentlessly via cold outreach, referrals, events, and marketplaces.
Run the full partner sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and first lit seat.
Lead with 8x8 Orto to map voice opportunities inside partner tenants.
Carry and grow quota for activated partners, seats enabled, and recurring revenue.
Coach partners through deals and establish repeatable attach motions for Teams voice.
Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast weekly.
Collaborate with Microsoft field/partner teams and surface feedback to leadership.
