Job summary

8x8 is seeking an entry-level, full-cycle channel sales professional to build and grow a Microsoft Teams voice partner ecosystem. You will recruit CSP resellers, MSPs, VARs, and distributors, guiding them from first conversation to first revenue and recurring seats lit.

You’ll receive a two-week training sprint and ongoing coaching as you develop a territory. Expect significant travel, a performance-based comp plan with uncapped commissions, and a path to leadership in channel sales.

Qualifications

• Early career: new college graduate or SDR/BDR ready for full cycle role.
• No channel or telecom experience required; we will train you.
• Own CRM discipline, forecast accuracy, and timely follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate Microsoft ecosystem partners with a territory plan.
• Manage full partner sales cycle from first contact to signed order.
• Grow revenue through activated partners, seats lit, and recurring revenue.
• Engage with Microsoft field and partner teams to co-sell.
• Deliver partner training on pricing, ordering, and positioning.
