Job summary

Cambay Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot. The role will work with customers, business stakeholders, project teams, and delivery resources to define solution architectures and guide implementation for successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience leading end-to-end Microsoft 365 project implementations.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based business solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create architecture designs, solution blueprints, integration specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee implementation of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
• Design integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to delivery teams throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Advise customers on Microsoft 365 best practices, governance, security, adoption, and modernization strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution envisioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies including Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and related platform capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot certifications/applied skills (preferred)
• Relevant Azure AI certifications are advantageous
