Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration, security, compliance, and automation, with a strong focus on optimizing workflows and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Optimize Copilot integration for compatibility and feature utilization across organizational workflows.
• Develop role-based access control strategies to manage permissions and ensure security and compliance.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, security settings, and compliance features.
• Build AI-driven automation solutions using Power Platform and other Microsoft tools.
• Plan and execute migrations from on-premises systems or other cloud platforms to Microsoft 365.
• Customize SharePoint sites and develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Apps.
• Implement security and compliance protocols, including DLP, information protection, and threat management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows for operational efficiency.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues and resolve technical problems.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end-users; create documentation and user guides.
• Monitor service health and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Endpoint Manager is a plus.
• Knowledge of chatbot solutions is an added advantage.
