SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solution Advisor - Microsoft to empower pre-sales activities, bridging customer needs with practical Microsoft solutions.

You will partner with sales teams, Microsoft specialists, and customers to drive discovery, solution positioning, and enabling content that accelerates adoption and value realization. The role requires staying current on Microsoft technologies, crafting customer-ready narratives, and guiding next steps for licensing, services, and platform

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, qualification, and solution strategy discussions.
• Conduct customer-facing workshops and demonstrations supporting Microsoft and SHI sales.
• Translate business needs into Microsoft solution opportunities and enablement content.
• Identify licensing growth, services, adoption programs, and platform expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with account teams and internal resources to align needs with programs and roadmaps.
• Provide technical enablement and guidance to sales and technical teams.
