Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solution Advisor - Microsoft to accelerate pipeline and customer readiness by translating business challenges into actionable Microsoft solutions.

You will partner with sales teams, Microsoft specialists, and customers to design demonstrations, workshops, and enablement content that drives adoption across Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide customers toward

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into Microsoft solution opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery conversations and translate requirements into Microsoft solution opportunities.
• Conduct customer-facing workshops, envisioning sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and partner-funded engagements.
• Develop compelling solution narratives, reference architectures, and enablement content.
• Identify opportunities for Microsoft licensing growth, services, adoption programs, and platform expansion.
• Collaborate with SHI teams and Microsoft specialists to align needs with programs, roadmaps and best practices.
• Provide technical enablement and guidance to sales and technical teams.
