Job summary

SHI International seeks a Solution Advisor - Microsoft in the Digital Innovation Group to help customers connect business challenges with Microsoft solutions. You will partner with SHI sales teams, Microsoft specialists, and customers to support discovery, workshops, demonstrations, and enablement.

You will guide licensing, services, adoption, and long-term platform value while staying current with Microsoft technologies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales/solution advisory role.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery conversations and translate business and technical requirements into Microsoft solution opportunities.
• Develop compelling solution narratives, reference architectures, and enablement content for repeatable pre-sales engagements.
• Identify opportunities for Microsoft licensing growth, services, adoption programs, and broader platform expansion.
• Collaborate with SHI account teams and Microsoft specialists to align customer needs with programs, funding, roadmaps and best practices.
