SHI International Corp. is a global provider of IT solutions and services, offering Microsoft-focused pre-sales support. The Solution Advisor will help customers connect business challenges to Microsoft solution opportunities and drive adoption across Microsoft 365 and Azure.

The role requires continuous learning, collaboration with account teams, and expertise in Microsoft licensing, adoption, and program requirements. 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead customer discovery conversations and translate business and technical requirements into Microsoft solution opportunities.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative sales skills including opportunity qualification and value-based positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, qualification, and solution strategy discussions with customers.
• Develop narratives, reference architectures, and enablement content for repeatable pre-sales engagements.
• Collaborate with SHI teams and Microsoft specialists to align customer needs with programs and services.
