Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Practice Director, Microsoft to lead strategy, delivery, and commercial alignment for the Microsoft practice. You will define service catalog, govern delivery, and partner with sales to shape pipeline.

You will lead the Microsoft delivery team, drive capability building across Azure, Entra ID, security, and migrations, and engage with partners to ensure successful enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft professional services; 5+ years leading a practice in a VAR or SI.
• Proven turnaround of delivery orgs; catalog, capability building, pipeline discipline.
• Executive presence, trusted advisor, and strong commercial instincts.
• Deep technical grounding across Azure, Entra ID/identity, security, migrations, domains.
• Experience running partner delivery models for non-core work.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft service catalog and multi-year capability roadmap.
• Define qualification criteria and decision rights for in-house or partner work.
• Embed with sales to shape pipeline and win strategic deals.
• Own deal structure, pricing discipline, and SOW rigor; ensure catalog alignment.
• Lead delivery standards, governance, and escalation management.
• Grow the Microsoft delivery team and build modern delivery capabilities.
• Represent the practice with executives and engage with Microsoft partner ecosystem.
