Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft professional services leadership.
• Proven track record in running a Microsoft practice inside a VAR or SI.
• Strong commercial instincts and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern a recognized Microsoft service catalog.
• Lead delivery excellence, governance, and escalation management.
• Partner with Sales to shape pipeline and win strategic deals.
• Build and sustain the capability and culture of the delivery team.
• Represent the practice with executive presence to customers and partners.
