Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Project Consultant to lead Microsoft infrastructure, identity, security, and modernization projects for mid‑market and enterprise clients. You will guide design, assessment, and implementation across on‑prem, hybrid, and Azure/M365 environments.

This role balances hands‑on delivery with advisory capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices and Zero Trust principles. Remote work is common with occasional onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years delivering Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Experience with on‑prem to cloud migrations and hybrid identity/security design.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery workshops, technical assessments, and readiness reviews to identify risks and modernization opportunities.
• Lead technical execution across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud Microsoft solutions.
• Follow established project delivery and quality methodologies; manage scope and timelines.
• Participate in customer kickoff meetings, technical workshops, and solution reviews.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and regular status updates to stakeholders.
