Job summary

HDR is seeking a Microsoft Portfolio Owner to steer the health, performance, and strategic direction of the company’s Microsoft technology portfolio in Salt Lake City and beyond. You will partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to drive multi-year plans and value realization.

You will establish governance, report KPIs, and lead governance reviews, while balancing demand, funding, and resources to optimize outcomes for HDR and its clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology portfolios, platforms, or enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with portfolio governance, roadmapping, strategic planning, and prioritization.
• Experience managing Microsoft-focused portfolios (Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, collaboration).
• Experience supporting executive governance, business reviews, and investment forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, governance, and performance management of the Microsoft technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, priorities, investments, and multi-year plans aligned with strategies.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and provide recommendations on performance risks and outcomes.
• Establish, monitor, and report on portfolio KPIs, health metrics, and value realization.
• Partner with Product Managers, technology teams, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Balance demand, funding, and resources to optimize delivery and outcomes.
• Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
• Promote consistent portfolio and product management practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
