Job summary

HDR is seeking a Microsoft Portfolio Owner to oversee health, performance, and strategic direction of HDR's Microsoft technology portfolio. You will govern, plan, and align investments while serving as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, Product Owners, and service providers.

In this role, you’ll drive roadmaps, governance, and value realization, partnering with product managers and engineers to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology portfolios, platforms, or enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with portfolio governance, roadmapping, and investments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, collaboration or infra platforms.
• Experience supporting governance processes and executive reviews.
• Financial planning, KPI development, and value realization awareness.
• Understanding of project, program, product, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, governance, and performance management of the Microsoft portfolio.
• Develop roadmaps, priorities, investments, and multi-year plans aligned with strategy.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and advise on risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Establish and report on KPIs, health metrics, and value realization.
• Coordinate with product managers, tech teams, and stakeholders to align delivery.
• Balance demand, funding, capacity, and resources to optimize outcomes.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and decision processes for the portfolio.
• Promote consistent portfolio and product management practices across the ecosystem.
