Job summary

HDR is seeking a Microsoft Portfolio Owner to oversee the health, performance, and strategic direction of HDR's Microsoft technology portfolio. You will govern roadmaps, investments, and value realization while serving as the main liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, Product Owners, and service providers.

You will lead governance, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with HDR's goals and enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field with 10+ years IT experience.
Experience leading technology portfolios and executive governance processes.
Strong communication and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, governance, and performance management of the Microsoft technology portfolio.
Develop and maintain roadmaps, priorities, investments, and multi-year plans.
Facilitate portfolio reviews and report on KPIs, health metrics, and value realization.
Partner with Product Managers, technology teams, and stakeholders to align delivery plans.
Balance demand, funding, and resources to optimize outcomes.
Promote portfolio and product management practices across the HDR ecosystem.
