Oliver James Group is seeking a Manager for Microsoft Platform & Enterprise Applications in Chicago, IL. This full-time role partners with senior leadership to own the Microsoft ecosystem, drive AI opportunities, and improve user adoption across the enterprise.

You will lead the deployment of Microsoft Platforms, ensure reliability, and collaborate across functions to modernize IT solutions while staying ahead of new capabilities and regulatory requirements.

• Proven expertise in Infrastructure Engineering and similar roles.
• Strong DevOps knowledge and project leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
