Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations to shape use cases and drive AI adoption.

The role requires strong communication, Agile delivery experience, and ability to manage backlogs.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis or product ownership for enterprise platforms, digital workplace, automation, or AI-enabled programs
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, enterprise search and connector-based architectures
Strong communication, executive presentation and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and requirements documentation
Experience working with Power BI dashboards and SharePoint
Ability to schedule and run meetings with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases
Manage product backlogs and drive adoption of AI capabilities
