I am hiring for someone to own and shape this firm's Microsoft ecosystem - specifically Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and enterprise applications. This is not an admin/support role; the person will be the business-facing product owner and internal subject matter expert, partnering directly with senior leadership to identify opportunities for AI, automation and improved user adoption.

A few areas that make the opportunity particularly interesting:

  • Own the firm's Microsoft 365 and Copilot strategy
  • Build out Power Automate / Power Platform use cases and a citizen-developer program
  • Drive adoption, training and governance across the organisation
  • Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities across business functions
  • Act as the "eyes and ears" for Microsoft, staying ahead of new capabilities and releases
