Job summary

JLL is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Enterprise AI Product and Strategy, based in Chicago on site. You will own the AI product portfolio, evaluate vendors, and guide strategy across the organization to deliver measurable business value.

You will work with governance, risk, and business lines to shape initiatives, ensuring responsible AI practices while driving adoption and impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience in a complex enterprise.
• Experience evaluating or selecting AI vendors or models and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Experience with enterprise AI assistants or employee-facing AI tools in large matrixed organizations.
• Strong judgment on sequencing a multi-product roadmap across lifecycle stages.
• Familiarity with responsible AI governance and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise AI product strategy: decide which products to buy, build, and deploy at scale.
• Evaluate vendors, keep portfolio current as the market shifts, and make build-vs-buy calls.
• Track frontier AI capabilities and translate trends into 12–24 month product needs.
• Collaborate with governance and risk teams to ensure responsible AI standards.
• Distill user and business line needs through discovery to inform roadmaps.
• Define adoption and value metrics and report progress against commitments.
• Partner with enablement teams to align initiatives with broader AI strategy.
