Job summary

Group O, Inc. invites an Associate Power Platform Developer to join IT Development/Support in Milan, IL. You will design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio within an agile team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with enterprise applications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years designing technical solutions and administering enterprise applications.
• General understanding of database and software development concepts.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot Studio) and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI).
• SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio usage.
• Microsoft SharePoint administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and design technical solutions with security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility in mind.
• Demonstrate and discuss solutions with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate to develop, test, and implement low-code solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in Agile processes.
• Follow and help refine development standards for design, testing, and documentation.
• Perform testing to ensure releases meet quality and security standards.
• Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications per SLAs.
• Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed.
