Job summary

Hireful Ltd is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant for a fully remote, work-from-home role. You will act as a technical escalation point, handle support calls and resolve incidents within SLAs, while delivering excellent client service.

Candidates should have proven D365 experience, Power Platform administration and knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows, with a focus on remote consultancy and client success.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

Location: 100% work from home / Fully remote

Salary: £35k- £40k base salary + awesome benefits

This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant etc.

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll bring

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows

Desirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
