Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a Functional Consultant/ Analyst with Dynamics 365 CE expertise to join the delivery team. You will work on a strong pipeline of D365 CE projects across various industries, in a fully remote setting, with opportunities for certified training and professional development.

You will perform requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing, while supporting clients through go-live and user training. A collaborative, forward-thinking delivery environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experienced in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE end to end.
• Strong understanding in core modules such as sales, marketing, customer service or field service.
• Full project lifecycle expertise.
• Methodical and collaborative approach, able to work in a team or independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project analysis, requirement gathering and design - conducting client workshops and creating functional design docs.
• Strong expertise around the sales order process and related areas.
• Hands-on functional configuration and user acceptance testing of new features.
• Support customers in training key users and oversee go-live for a smooth transition to D365 CE.
