Job summary

RSM is a leading provider of professional services to the middle market, offering a hybrid work model in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle, including CRM Dynamics CE implementations, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

A PMP is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required. You will drive planning, analysis, and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience implementing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost (Microsoft Dynamics CE).
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Regularly communicate project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Plan projects including assembling project teams, assigning deliverables, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• During project execution, manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while following SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills and expertise in project management and systems/technology development
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.
