Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to join our delivery teams in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on leading CRM initiatives, coordinating project plans, and ensuring successful CE implementations across client engagements.

You will collaborate with program directors and stakeholders, manage budgets, scope, and schedules, and apply SDLC best practices to deliver value while guiding teams toward high performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading technical teams with strong PM and systems/technology development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget and scope, MS Dynamics CE.
• Proven leader able to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business-facing skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of technology and aptitude to learn new ones.
• Experience influencing, leading teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects through the lifecycle.
• Establish cost-benefit analysis across required phases.
• Regularly update Program Director and stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Plan projects, assemble teams, assign deliverables, and develop plans, schedules, budgets.
• Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to meet goals.
• Revise project plan as needed while following SDLC methodology.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Throughout the life of the project, responsible for communicating regularly to Program Director and stakeholders the project status, risk, and issues.
• Responsible for project planning including assembling project teams, assigning project team deliverables, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• During project execution, responsible for managing approved objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables that support the business goals.
• Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while following SDLC methodology.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of CE implementations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills and expertise in project management and systems/technology development
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient with MS Project or related tool
• PMP certification desired

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
